About
I am a Level 4 qualified sports massage therapist insured by the FHT. I’ve been particapting in sports from a young age and have great passion for martial arts and rock climbing. I began to take an interest in the body and how it functions after having a number of injuries that I struggled to recover from. Since qualifying I have set up to offer therapeutic sports massage at my treatment room in Felpham and as a mobile professional service.
As a therapist I begin with an assessment and create a plan to help restore function, ease discomfort and enhance performance. I am most passionate working with clients to help them figure out their body and move towards improving the way it functions. I’m hugely sympathic with the struggle and frustration surrounding injuries and dsyfunction and aim to provide a professional service to help improve quality of life and enhance performance.
